Strong start to the day for Alisha finishing FP1 in P3, under a tenth from the fastest lap but a mistake from her side at the start of qualifying cost her. No margin for error around the Marina Bay Street Circuit with the walls being so close. Not what she wanted which unfortunately resulted in P18 starts for both races.
Starting Race 1 in P18, Palmowski fought through to P9 by lap six, also recording the fastest lap in the process before an issue occurred out of her control which unfortunately sent her into the barrier. A big effort followed by the team, Campos Racing, to repair the car overnight for Race 2.
Again starting P18 in Race 2, Palmowski began her attempts at another comeback drive, seeing her up to P10 from P18 before the rain came down. Alisha and the team made a gamble to stop early for wet tyres and then got caught by the safety car following an incident on track which ruined further potential. By the time she was released by the safety car she was nearly a lap down and was unable to make up the lost time.
A really tough weekend that was just not meant to be. Alisha has strong pace so her focus now shifts to Las Vegas where she aim's to end the season on a high!
