Weekend @ Thruxton Race Circuit complete!
Firstly, we wish both Colin White & Mike Brown a speedy recovery after their accident in the GT4 Supercup.
SATURDAY 27th AUGUST:
Qualifying was very close with times and Alisha finished the session with P13 for Race 1 & P17 for Race 2.
Race 1: 13th - 12th
Alisha started the weekend with some good battles in Race 1 gaining position and loosing a few along the way to finish in 12th position.
Race 2: 17th - 19th
Alisha made a strong start making up approx. 5 places before unfortunately having more bad luck where she was tagged from behind and spun around through no fault of her own, meaning she didn’t get the result she deserved.
SUNDAY 28th AUGUST:
Race 3: 19th - 11th (5th Rookie)
Some good battles however in Race 3, coming through from the back and showed strong pace throughout to finish in 11th position, just outside the top ten!
Big well done to Zac Meakin for his first podium & it was a big shame for Flynn McHardy who was unable to race on medical grounds.
On to Silverstone next on 24th & 25th September!
