Monday 30th May 2022:
Race weekend at Thruxton Race Circuit complete but with an unfortunate outcome!
SATURDAY 28th MAY:
Qualifying didn’t go Alisha’s way at all, getting traffic on her first flying lap and then making a mistake on the second lap, meaning she started both races towards the back of the grid with only 3 laps to post times.
SUNDAY 29th MAY:
Race 1: 21st to 12th Good race with some good battles throughout - Alisha had the potential to be a few places higher so was looking forward to race 2 where she could have another shot at it!
Race 2: DNF Starting from near the back again when an incident straight ahead on lap 1 left Alisha nowhere to go, resulting in considerable damage to the front left corner and suspension that caused her to retire. Wrong place, wrong time but that’s racing sometimes!

A tough weekend but Alisha is looking forward to getting back out and going again at Croft on 25th & 26th June!
