2023 And Beyond

Alisha has a very bright future in motorsport and has already demonstrated she has a great natural talent. Alisha effectively secured a funded race season for 2022 as part of winning the Ginetta Junior Scholarship. Our primary objective following on from this is to secure the required funding that is needed to continue in 2023 and to support adequate pre-season testing, a key requirement to allow Alisha to enter the 2023 season fully prepared and to compete right at the front of the very formidable, and competitive junior grid.

Forming business partnerships with interested parties is therefore an extremely important aspect in order to ensure the necessary funding is in place to promote a successful racing season and career thereafter and so we are ideally looking to form partnerships that remain in place with Alisha from the start of her car racing career and beyond, over multiple years.

Equally, such business partnerships need to ensure a mutually beneficial  arrangement is in place so a viable business proposition exists for all involved. There are many attributes that make Alisha extremely attractive and unique to a prospective partner. The most obvious of these is that she is a young female competing in an historically male dominated sport / environment - this often brings a lot more attention and exposure, but Alisha always strives to put in maximum effort to ensure she optimises her performances and achievements so these are gained on absolute merit. She is also one of only 13 juniors to have ever won the Ginetta Junior Scholarship out of circa 1000 entrants over 12 years and within this only the second female ever to win, after Jamie Chadwick in 2013.

Women in sport is one of the biggest opportunities for brands right now. It enables brands to position themselves as modern and progressive, while engaging new audiences. When it comes to brand alignment, being inspiring, progressive and clean are some of the most desirable values a sponsor could sit alongside. Combine that with other sought-after brand statements that women in sport offer like equality, resilience, achievement, teamwork, diversity and well-being and you have a very powerful platform to communicate your story to consumers.

Alisha has already received wider acknowledgement of her achievements and potential - here are just a few examples:

Listed as one of '10 british women who could change motorsport history':

"Alisha heads into 2020 as one of the favourites in the competitive Daniel Ricciardo Series Junior category. Highly rated and immensely hard working."

Chairman & Founder of Downforce UK / Motorsport Commentator

Feedback during her Ginetta Junior G40 test day:

"We set a target lap for the day and she smashed it on her third lap! I was very impressed by her adaptability in the car and she's doing all the right things already. She's the fastest junior I have ever seen on day one in the car!"
